Yesterday was our first full day in El Gouna and it delivered from morning to night.
Here is my update so far.
โข Checked into Sheraton Miramar on Monday evening. Warm welcome, bright spaces, friendly team ๐
โข Room 1106. Large terrace overlooking the lagoon. Mini bar, robes, premium coffees, safe, towels. The bed gave me the best sleep ๐ด
โข Breakfast the next morning was spot on. Plenty of choice and fresh options ๐ณ
โข Joined a treasure hunt around the hotel. It ended at the jetty where a boat waited ๐ค
โข Sailed around old and new El Gouna in 29ยฐ sunshine. Clear skies and calm waters โ๏ธ๐
El Gouna as a destination
โข Built on the Red Sea with lagoons, islands, marinas, and clean walkways ๐ด
โข Clear water and warm weather through winter and summer ๐ก๏ธ
โข Marina areas filled with restaurants, bars, shops, and relaxed nightlife ๐น
โข Short 30 minute transfer from Hurghada airport โ๏ธ
โข Strong eco setup with electric transport and clean streets ๐

Afternoon adventure
โข Quad safari and Bedouin visit in Gouna. Smooth routes and wide views ๐๏ธ
โข Rode back at sunset and stopped to take in the scenery ๐
โข Returned under a bright star filled sky. Perfect finish โญ
โข Ended the night at the Boat Bar. Ordered a watermelon mojito and it tasted lush ๐น
